ARC Staff. We Are Listening.

April is customer service month here at the ARC! Please tell us about both your great and (hopefully not) terrible customer service experiences with us. Our goal is to keep our facilities up-to-date and our members happy and healthy!

We have three comment card stations located throughout the ARC. One is at the kiosk in front of membership services desk, one is on the wall next to the entrance to the weight room, and the third is along the mirrors in the cardio room. Feel free to fill out a comment card with concerns or suggestions and appreciations you have for the ARC! Especially this month, please note an outstanding staff you would like us to recognize.

Be sure to check out our new customer service display, ‘The ARC is listening!’ which is also located on the wall near the entrance to the weight room. We hope to show all of our members how important their opinions are to us and are striving to keep the ARC one of the top-ranked gyms in San Diego!
